Comfort Estates' Year in Review

As we look back on 2024, it has been a year of growth and transformation here at Comfort Estates. Here’s a snapshot of what we’ve achieved this year.

This year marked a pivotal chapter in our journey as we officially rebranded from Comfort Lettings to Comfort Estates. The new name reflects our expanded vision and services, ensuring we’re positioned to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

One of our standout achievements was the launch of our Sales Department in June. This exciting addition to our business has allowed us to provide a complete service for homeowners and landlords, whether selling or letting their properties. To support this, we brought in exceptional new team members, each bringing valuable experience and expertise. Among them, we welcomed a dedicated Sales Valuer, a Senior Negotiator, and a Marketing Manager who have been instrumental in making this expansion a success.

Our skilled maintenance team at Comfort Estates is now offering an even broader range of services. In addition to our existing maintenance solutions, we now provide professional gardening services, window cleaning, and gutter cleaning. These services are available to both landlords and sellers, ensuring that properties are maintained to the highest standard, whether you're preparing to sell or managing rental properties.

Our team came together for a great cause this year, running the Robin Hood Half Marathon to support Emmanuel House. We were thrilled to raise over £2,500 for this vital charity, demonstrating the spirit and commitment of our staff to giving back to the community. Congratulations to all those who crossed the finish line!

Adding to our accomplishments, we were honored to receive both a British Property Award and the Best Estate Agent Award. These accolades reflect our dedication to excellence and our clients, and we’re incredibly proud of this recognition.

Last but not least we are proud to say that 10 members of our team have received well deserved promotions this year. They continue to work hard to become trusted industry experts, with several people also passing industry exams. Congratulations to Jess who received her ARLA Level 4, Tom for his NAEA Level 3 and Darius, Alex and Hannah who all received their ARLA Level 3.
