Beeston

Hockley and the Lace Market
Steeped in history and with everything you need right on your door step it’s easy to see why so many young professionals call this area home. Hockley and the Lace Market provide city centre living at its very finest. The area is one of the most important historic areas of Nottingham. Once the home of Nottingham’s world-renowned lace industry, you will now find the picturesque streets full of an eclectic mix of bars and restaurants, vintage boutiques and creative businesses. Beautiful architecture abounds in the form of grand red brick warehouses and ex-lace factories. Properties in the area are mainly apartments and often benefit from original and unique features such as beautiful exposed bricks and Georgian windows.
Lenton
Not just for students, Lenton is a prime spot for young professionals too. For those who want to be close to the city but don’t fancy apartment-style living, this area is a great option. Just a 20-minute walk or 10-minute bus journey will see you into the city centre. The area is well serviced by Sainsbury's local, Tesco Express and a larger Sainsbury's and gym at Castle Marina. If you’re looking for quieter living, try the pretty streets of Old Lenton, which are still well-connected to the city via the Gregory Street tram stop. Properties here are mainly terraced or semi-detached homes.
Mapperley
Mapperley is a popular suburb which boasts many of Nottingham's most desirable properties. There are a good range of local shops and conveniences in walking distance on Mapperley Top, and excellent transport links running into Nottingham City Centre and out into the surrounding countryside. The Park
The prestigious Park Estate has long been Nottingham’s premier residential location. Just a 5-minute walk from the City Centre, yet retaining a feel of peace and tranquillity thanks to its lovely gardens and residents-only access. West Bridgford
West Bridgford is located south of Nottingham City and borders the Trent Bridge area of Nottingham. Playing host to Nottingham Forest FC and Trent Bridge Cricket Ground, there are plenty of activities to keep all the family entertained. It has its own town centre and shopping precinct with all the shops you would need including several local and chain coffee shops, restaurants and bars such as Carluccios and Pizza Express. There are also several excellent schools and other clubs and facilities available that make West Bridgford an extremely desirable place to live.
Wollaton
Wollaton is a very popular residential area in the west of Nottingham. The area boasts an impressive range of local attractions and amenities. You will find convenient shops, local pubs, a well stocked library and excellent schools. The jewel in the crown is Wollaton Hall with its museum, deer park, lake, scenic walks and golf course. Offering excellent access to the A52 ring road and with bus routes running regularly into Nottingham City Centre, Wollaton is an ideal location for families.
