We were recommended Comfort Estates by two separate people and are very happy we went ahead with them for the letting and management of a property we own. Claire, Beccy and Lindsay were all top quality and the entire team were excellent in the way they handled the lettings process for us.

Hannah has been a really helpful Property Manager, always prompt to sort out any requests, goes the extra step to find the answer to any questions we have. Hopefully we will be working with them for a long time yet!

We've used Comfort Lettings for almost a decade now and have found them really easy to deal with. They are generally really responsive to emails/calls and always friendly! They also have decent systems that track income / expenses and provide tax summaries and so on which makes it easy as a landlord.

Very polite and a genuine person who is more than happy to help with any enquiries whilst making you feel like a valued customer. Our agent has worked really hard to find us tenants and ensure that everything was ready for them to move in. It gives us such peace of mind to know she is working so hard on our behalf. We also appreciate the fact that the agent wants to do everything fairly and with honesty and integrity.

I've used comfort for around 6 years now and they have always given us a fantastic service. They are very quick to answer any questions or requests that we have had, and they have always found us good quality tenants and have let out our properties very quickly when advertised. A shout out to Andy too who is always on hand and is very quick to deal with any issues.

Tom at Comfort Estates helped me out of a difficult situation with an old Tennent and help us get the house completely re-done and managed the project so well, we really didn't have to do anything. We couldn't have done it without his help. It then took just two weeks for us to get new tenants and Sophie again has done a great down in organising the whole thing with the new Tennant us as landlords really had nothing to do but just simply trust the process.

Amazing service and very professional. They have found us great tenants every time and we have not had a single day with an empty house! Thoroughly recommended.
