How to Redeem
When your friend books to view a property get them to give your name and quote ‘Pre-Easter Offer’.
When your friend’s group has signed their tenancy agreement and paid their deposit you will both get £150!

Please note only 2x £150 vouchers are available per property (i.e. if you have more than 1 friend signing up to live in the house, only the person who booked the viewing and quoted the offer will be paid the voucher- they may then distribute it as they wish). The full group must sign their tenancy agreement and pay their deposit before the deadline for the offer to be paid. The payment will be made within 2 months of the tenancy agreement being signed and deposit paid (whichever is last). The closing date for the promotion is 31st March 2024. The promotion may be subject to change or withdrawal at the company’s discretion. The £150 payment may be cash or a voucher of equivalent value. Certain properties are excluded from this offer.
